I don't write many Amazon reviews. I'm writing this so prospective purchasers can get an idea of my experience. A bit about me... I'm a 225lb, 6'0" black ex-Marine that used to weight train for the better part of the last 10 years. And as a single dad pushing 40 yrs old, only works out here and there nowadays. I also do my best to eat well and succeed 60-75% of the time so as not to have to workout as much. I've been taking CLA for years on and off. Every dosage of CLA (until this one) was approximately half of the recommended dosage; around 1000mg. This brand, however, has DRAMATIC effects over a small period of time...and I assume it would continue if I kept taking them. First things first...when you begin taking this stuff, WEIGH YOURSELF and MEASURE YOURSELF. CLA takes fat from ALL OVER your body. So if you're interested in where your fat is going, you'll need that info. Secondly: When you start taking it, you will taste it for about the first week as it dissolves in your tummy. This doesn't bother me, but it may for some people. Also, the pills shown aren't the ones I got. The ones I have are clear brown. Lastly...the results: I took this for 2 months starting in mid-November 2017, only did approx. 50-100 pushups each morning, went to work at a sedentary desk job and lost 20 lbs. By mid-January, I was 201 lbs and stopped. Every area on my body from my face down to my ankles lost fat, so the pills did their job. Conclusion: There isn't anything special about these pills other than their dosage. I'm not sure if the oil itself is made differently than any of the other ones I've taken through the years. If not, ANY of the other CLA pills will work in higher dosages. That being said, I don't care for taking pills so these horse-pills will work for me. The results were dramatic in my situation, and I hope they will be in yours. Any questions, just ask. GOOD LUCK!!!

UPDATE: DEC. 4th To see if the CLA pills are helping, I stopped taking them for a week (Nov. 23 - Nov. 30). During that week, and with the same exercise routine (walking 30 min a day at various speeds and HIIT for 30 minutes a day) and same diet changes (no red meat or pork, no sodas, bread or snacks with high sugar or carbs), my weight stayed exactly the same. I resumed taking the pills on Dec. 1st, and as of this morning, three days after resuming taking the pills, I've lost three more pounds (a pound a day, and again, keeping the same exercising and diet changes). So, yes, I believe the CLA pills are definitely helping. Energy is through the roof! As of today, I'm pushing my workouts from 30 minutes of walking and HIIT (each) to 45 minutes daily. I received the product on Nov 7th (shipping time was pretty standard, so I'm not "taking any points off" for that), and I began taking it on Nov 8th. This review was written on Nov 21st, after 13 days of continuous use. I believe it's helping. I've exercised and dieted prior to this and didn't receive the same results I received while using this product. In the time I've been taking this, I've exercised at least 30 min daily and changed my eating (no red meat or pork). While I do not see much change on the scale or when physically looking at myself, practically everything I own does not fit me like before! My clothes are looser. I didn't measure the circumference of my waist, arms, or legs, but used the scale only (I know that measuring would have been preferable, but because the scale (for me) is the last to register the change, I use that because it's a challenge for me). I have noticed an increase in energy, and I've also noticed that I can stick to intermittent fasting since taking these pills because I'm not as hungry as before. I'm optimistic that the use of these pills, along with the exercise and diet change, worked together to help me see the difference. The last time I did this without the CLA pills, I lost only three pounds in two weeks. This time around using the CLA, I've lost 6 pounds in 13 days. My reason for giving this four stars: Because to me, giving it five stars would mean that I believe that this product alone is responsible for weight loss, and that isn't true. This isn't a magic pill; you must institute some changes for this product to help you. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Other CLA products I’ve lost weight on in the past, this one does nothing for me. Very frustrating. Maybe it must be taken with other products to activate. Not recommended. I’m going back to the GMC store. Their’s works!

Buenísima muy buena otra que le doy un 10 bueno a las tres que me han preguntado para mí son un 10 Despues que le doy cinco estrellas, este me gusta cuando pago dinero por algo que me hace efecto y que veo que me ayuda en cuanto a mi salud, porque pues yo estoy operada este llevo como seis meses en cama después de la operación y antes tuve el accidente o sea que llevo casi un año y medio que no puedo ir al gimnasio no puedo ir al a la pista a caminar porque no tengo la guagua todavía arreglada y se me ha hecho un poquito difícil, pero de verdad que cuando le doy un 10 a algo es porque de verdad funciona y esta ya le mandé a buscar el conjunto, no sabía que Despues leyendo. Leí que debería ir con la BC ya la mandé a Buscar para entonces complementarlas.

Los cambios se notan desde las primeras 3 semanas creo no lo dejare de tomar por una temporada muy larga, ojo el buen entrenamiento cómida saludable y tus suplementos son clave

No me está funcionando como yo quisiera y como otra marca de Cla que era más buena y tenía mejores resultados al poco tiempo
