Can i use this on a Kodak printer

No idea. sorry! It's traditionally used for removing ink on rubber rollers on typewriters and I use it to clean the rubber pinch rollers on reel and cassette tape recorders. If your printer surface to be cleaned is rubber then this should be safe to use.

Can I use Screen-Clene wipes instead to clean printer pickup rollers?

I wouldnt, I used a lint free cloth after spraying the rollers with Platenclene and the printer is still 100% since I did this with zero pick up issues. Cannot recomend it more, nearly threw away a perfectly good but very old colour laser because of pick up and feed issues, spent 3 hrs with this spray and a lint free cloth wiping as many rubber rollers as I could find and its been as good as gold. That was nearly 3yrs ago now.

Dose this contain isopropanol

I doubt it as isopropanol can damage rubber, which is Platenclene's intended usage. It does contain alkanes, what else I don't know.
