Hysterectomy Pillow Recovery Must Haves Surgery Recovery Pillow

Absolutely love this pillow!! I originally got it in preparation for my C-section. Leadingup to my surgery I used it to protect my pregnant belly in the car. It made it so much more comfortable even for the shortest trips. Then after the surgery it was a life saver to have for when I did something simple like cough. It was also the perfect ice pack holder to assist with healing my C-section wound. Now that I’m all healed it is back in the car bc honestly it’s just so comfortable. Most days I place it on the middle console under my elbow as I drive. Other days I hand it to the backseat when my youngest starts to doze off it’s the perfect size. It’s honestly the best pillow for all whether you have a surgery coming up, a sleepy child, or you want somehow comfort while driving.

Pillow was soft and looked like picture. It has a pocket for a small ice or heat pack. My surgery isn't for a few weeks yet, so I'll try it then and see how it goes! Looks and feels like it will be good for recovery. By the way, it has a zipper for access to the stuffing. Very convenient!

I purchased this as part of a hysterectomy care package for a friend of mine. I’m a RN and I know a pillow is a must for any abdominal surgery recovery. The material is soft and can be easily cleaned. The pockets for warm and cold packs are very nice for different stages of healing. It doesn’t come with the hot and cold packs, you must buy that separately. I have heard from my friend numerous times about how nice this pillow has been, how perfect, helpful, and comforting it is. It’s great value for the money and I’m so glad that it has provided some pain relief for her.

The pillow came with the sweetest “Get Well Soon” card! After a radical robotic hysterectomy, this pillow held my ice packs for the first week. It’s so cute! I carried with with me to the sofa and slept with it in my recovery bed. It’s small enough to put it under a compression garment to wear while sitting or getting around if using a walker. Get this, or put it on a registry, or get it for someone who has had abdominal surgery. It would be a great gift. Healing vibes!!

I wish the pillow were a couple inches larger and contained a bit more filling. Overall it is great quality and the fabric is very pretty and cheerful. It has been very helpful in my recovery from laparoscopic abdominal surgery .

I wanted to get something for my sister as she had to have a total hysterectomy. This was the perfect pillow and finding ones with dogs was a plus. She said she even used it to sleep on. I don't have photos as I live 1600 miles from her, but she loved it and said it was great. Plus on the pillow: the little pocket you can put, a hot or cold pack OR your phone!

I have no regrets about buying this! I had to go in for abdominal surgery and it was mentioned a pillow like this would be helpful. I thought I could just use a throw pillow/cushion from home, and you could, but this is really made for your abdominal area and fits far better against me that a larger, bulkier throw pillow. It was helpful on the car ride home to put between me and the seat belt, helped to cushion bumps on car ride home, and you can hold it against you for extra support when walking or coughing/sneezing.

Bought this to help me following a haterectomy. It's so pretty and just the right size. It was useful for my ride home to protect me from the seat belt and bumps on the way home. I also had it with me for for first few weeks as holding it gave me support with movement. While I recovered, it reminded me not to accidently strain myself. I am very pleased with it and would recommend.

Absolutely love this pillow. Initially I got to use post a gastro surgery. It sure helped with that, I would often placed it on the belly to help with pain and itching. But now I use it to help with headaches and it’s great. Even without the ice or hot pack, it’s a comfy pillow to use as head support. My toddler loves it too

Excellent pillow, practical for putting hot or cold packs in for after surgery. Very pretty.
