I have used this previously and like it very much. I will pair it with liquid magnesium I got elsewhere. It is all natural and tastes good. The only downside is that it has become super expensive so I probably will not use it once my liquid magnesium is used up.

Easy on the stomach
My doctor recommended a liquid vitamin because I cannot swallow horse pills 😅 and I researched and bought this based on reviews. Did not disappoint 🙌 The taste isn't metallic, it's doesn't leave you with any bathroom issues and meets my need for calcium. It's a bit more than otc but worth it.

THE TOP OF THE BOTTLE IS TOO WIDE AND HARD NOT SPILL THE LIQUID
The flavor is fine, but I don't like the shape of the bottle, is hard for me to pour because the top is too wide, and for that reason, I purchase again.

Not In My Budget
Im not sure of the effectiveness of this. I bought it thinking it was a months supply and it wasnt. Therefore I chose not to re-order due to the cost.
