I've tried a full bottle of this and yes it does work, however as I have discovered with testing - one squirt didn't make any difference - you have to thoroughly saturate the back of your throat and keep it there for a while as it forms a sort of coating over the area. Boyfriend was absolutely amazed and thought my snoring was cured, however it is simply symptom management as if you don't use it the next night, I'm told the snoring is back to regular deafening levels. I personally couldn't tell either way as I sleep fine completely unaware of the noise. I've ordered another bottle for his sake but I doubt I'll keep it up due to the price as the last bottle lasted just under a week with the 4-5 squirts needed. It is pleasant -nice and minty taste, and since it does really work I'd definitely recommend giving it a go if people are complaining about your snoring, try a couple of squirts and see if less works for you.

Have used this product for quite a while now, and found it to be fine it seems to ease the snoring or reduce it .I have been told that it does not stop it completely ,but it helps. The latest that I purchased has a slightly different box design ,I presume that it is the same quality inside. .I will keep using it., it also is reasonably priced from the supplier that I use.

This product doesn't even remotely work. One of the key points it says it does to count snoring is to "combat dehydration and vibration of the soft tissue in the throat". Every time I've used this, I've woken up with the driest throat and mouth I've ever had. My partner says my snoring is worse now than it was before I tried it. I hope this helps people avoid this product

I have use this for a number of years,as a snoring product its a bit hit and miss.Ok for mild snoring but not so good for loud or long term use. HOWEVER by chance I used this for nasal congestion that nothing else seems to clear and this works within minutes by squeezing once direct into my nostrals.Perfect clearance every time They have brought out a decongetant in a 10ml bottle but suggest you try the 23ml standard snoreeze only as both the same price.Please try this ,you wont be disappointed

I found squirting this into the back of my throat less than pleasant although the flavour is not that bad. However it would have been a small price to pay if it was decently effective. Unfortunately this only had a fairly small effect on the volume of my snoring (allegedly). I do think that if you are desperate to find an answer to the rather thorny issue of snoring and upsetting your partner, it might be worth a try but its not cheap. There are many possible 'solutions' to try ranging from pretty much 'snake oil' through to slightly effective though to 'hey this seems to work!!'. For my type of snoring this falls in the slightly effective. I have found mouth tapes a much better answer personally.

I tried this over a period of 2 weeks and unfortunately it did not work well for me. I also did not like the scent/flavouring of the spray I found it made the experience of the spray that extra bit less unenjoyable to use. My partner noticed no improvement to my snoring loudness or intensity. That being said this is my own experience, and your own mileage may vary.

I ordered this out of desperation, off on a girls holiday and my snoring is so bad I wake myself up 🙈 got one of those sleep trackers on my phone and my snoring was off the scale, on night one of using the spray the recordings were of gentle inhales and exhales, my husband said at one point he had to check I was still breathing ir was so quiet 🤣🤣🤣 fingers crossed this will cure my worries about my room mates getting no sleep 🤣

For me, it wasn't a problem. Sadly, everyone else was getting very angry. My grandsons, for example, when staying with us, angrily refused to sleep in the adjacent bedroom. But my wife was particularly angry. Angry, in fact, to the point of erecting a camp-bed for me in the back garden. So something had to be done. And quick. A visit to my doctor proved unproductive. He could come up with nothing more than some outrageous and ridiculous solution (losing weight) which was a non starter. I initially tried nasal strips but they did not have the required effect. A minimal improvement, it appeared, but not sufficient to remove the bed from the garden. Eventually, I chanced upon the Snoreeze Throat Spray. It was worth a try, albeit a bit pricey. Now, let me say first and foremost, it is not particularly pleasant to take. You have to spray it to the back of your throat and wait twenty seconds or so before swallowing it. Its taste is reminiscent of the really 'nasty medicine' you took as a child, partly as a remedy but mostly (it seemed) as a form of punishment. But the thought of sleeping under the privet hedge spurred me on and I persevered. And lo and behold, my grandsons are now happy to stay over, the camp-bed has been dismantled and the neighbours no longer bang on the walls. The family is once again a happy one and the only person even mildly inconvenienced is me, who has to retire each night with the taste of chemicals in my mouth. I'm growing accustomed to it but it would be a vast improvement if they could produce a strawberry or peppermint variety. But whenever the taste starts to get me down, I just think of that camp-bed...

Snoreeze really works. In response to desperate pleas to do something about my snoring, and wanting to avoid surgery or CPAP, I searched for this product which I'd used with success a decade earlier. I can't understand why this isn't available in US shops, but thankfully it is available through the magic of the interweb. A couple squirts in the back of the throat before bed is all it takes. The taste is good and the results are better. Unfortunately, you must use it every night, but I find that after a few good nights of sleep, my wife doesn't notice if I skip using here or there.

Ich selbst habe den Eindruck, dass ich dadurch besser und entspannter schlafe. Ob die Geräusche, die ich durch das Schnarchen produziere, leiser sind, kann ich selbst schwer beurteilen. Meine Gastgeber an Weihnachten waren allerdings sehr überrascht, wie ruhig ich im Vergleich zu den vergangenen Jahren geschlafen habe. Erst ab den frühen Morgenstunden hätte man mich wieder leicht gehört, aber bis morgens gegen fünf / halb sechs hätte man mich nicht wahrgenommen. Und das ist ein enormer Erfolg im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren, in denen man mir immer gesagt hatte, kaum würde ich im Bett liegen und die Augen schließen, ginge auch schon das nervige Geschnarche los. Insofern kann ich das Spray wirklich empfehlen. Allerdings natürlich nur für eine kurzfristige nächtliche Lösung. Die eigentichen Ursachen bekämpft das Mittel ja nicht.
