I am 3 weeks out from my brachioplasty on both arms. I have tried 3 other compression garments from amazon and all fit terribly and were so uncomfortable. I finally decided to try one more time, went with this one after a suggestion in a support group im in for arm lift surgeries and oh my god, the difference is night and day. These are SO much more comfortable. You have the compression you need but the fabric is also soft and flexible so theyre so much easier to get on. I also had a breast lift at the same time and its been really nice only having to wear this one garment for both. Make sure you go by the measurements. I wear a large shirt, but the size chart said I should wear an XL for this garment. I almost sized up because the others I tried I sized up 2-3 sizes and they were still so tight and uncomfortable I couldnt even pull them on over my incisions. This one is true to the size chart so trust it. Even if you do size up it will probably be fine because of swelling and then you can size down again once youre a few weeks out. I immediately bought a second garment after wearing this one for just one day, thats how much I like it. The ONLY thing I dont like is that I have to wear it inside out so the seams dont rub my incisions, so the hook/latches on the front are also inside out. Fortunately though, they are right in between my breasts and not rubbing, its just awkward hooking them and unhooking them when you take it on and off. But its worth it for the comfort.

Recently had lipo of arms and used this day after surgery. Decent compression without being overly tight. Only issue is the chest part needs to go down an extra 2 inches or so. If you have decent boobs this will ride up every time you lift your arms.

I was going to return this because it looked like it was a child size.I decided to try it on and boy am l glad l did.It fits true to size. I am a small-medium. I bought a medium.I wear it over an underwire bra. The compression is perfect for my flabby arms. I no longer expose my arms, making it the perfect under garment when l wear short sleeves.I will be buying more.

Comfortable

When I first put it on it seemed perfect so I immediately ordered a second one since it was recommended by my doctor. That night when I took it off for my shower the seams leave a great indentation (painful) and I’ve had to wear them inside out ever since for this reason. It works for me but I wouldn’t purchase again. Unless you’re using it for something other than arm lipo post op.

What great compression you get , helps with my lipedema arms , actually help keep pain at bay. The fit is tight like it should be and make to last

I brought this after having surgery on my arms.I needed another arm faja as I only had the one with surgery.This has gone beyond my expectations, not only does it hold my arms in comfortably it also holds my twins, they look fantastic in.I like the material, I will definitely recommend.

For reference, I am 5'9". In regular clothing, I am a size 16 and a 44D so ordered an XXL according to the size chart. It fit perfectly! For any person who has recently had upper arm or breast surgery, I think this compression garment would be ideal. It is super comfortable, soft, and easy to put on and take off. I would say that the compression in the chest is excellent for post-op breast surgery patients and, when worn with a bra, really holds you in without movement. Having the 3 rows of hook and eye closures to get the proper amount of compression across the chest makes it very versatile for all users. I cannot comment on how it would work without a bra, but it can definitely be worn over bandages post-op. (BTW, when worn with a bra, it's better than any sports bra I've ever worn so it would even be ideal for larger-breasted joggers. Those babies ain't moving!)For myself, I have lost 150lbs in the last 1.5 years and I have a great deal of hanging skin. This product offers excellent compression for my sagging upper arms and smooths out my back and sides beautifully. For my breasts, though, I find the compression flattens them out which is not ideal. I have been wearing the KSKshape Arm Shaper with the U-shaped chest design that goes along the bottom of my bra at the front. When worn with a bra of your choice, it really shapes and lifts the breasts beautifully. Eventually, I will be having a breast lift and surgery to remove excess skin. When I do, I will definitely be using these KSKshape compression garments!

Einfach perfekte Passform und guter Sitz sowohl an den Armen als auch an der Brust. Hab mir nochmals einen bestellt, wirklich seine 5 Sterne wert und dann auch noch kostengünstig.
