How good is this at cake and pastry making ?

Awful. None of the attachments are right for whisking, blending or creaming needed for good baking and I've stopped using it for any baking because the 'one speed' approach plus the fact the motor (below the mixing bowl) gets warm just ruins any attempt at buttercream frosting.

Are the following attachments in the box? Main blade, dough blade, egg whisk, midi bowl, mini bowl with mini blade, 2mm slicing disc, 2mm grating disc

I also have a juicer attachment with the list you have there. If the egg whisk is the flat slatted bilateral arm thing then I have that - there are 2 metal blades and a plastic blade which I use for cakes. No dough hook.

What is the difference in the colours ?

Not sure what you mean. The only difference between the machines is the colour as far as I know.

Does this make good cakes, whipped cream and pastry or I am I better with a separate mixer?

I have answered a similar question from another query and I believe you need a separate mixer, Kitchen Aid or Kenwood.
