These zipvit omega 3 Fish oil are really good. The dosage of 2000mg strength is exactly what I need for my new healthier lifestyle and 120 tablets per bottle is a 4 month supply for me. The bottle is well sealed but I will say if your not comfortable taking large tablets then these ain't for you as the capsules are quite big but I find them easy to swallow. I did slightly smell fish when I first opened the bottle so I was abit concerned about a fishy taste as I'm not a big fan of fish but there was no fishy aftertaste with these so a big 👍from me. I Would definitely recommend

I’ve already repurchased these several times, so I’m definitely happy with them. I won’t comment on things like energy or hair quality 😄 — for me, the benefits have been much more noticeable in other areas. After taking them consistently for around three months, I had blood tests and noticed that my LDL (“bad”) cholesterol had decreased slightly and has continued to improve. I also noticed less inflammation and more flexibility in my joints, and these changes were reflected in my blood results as well. So, based on my personal experience, I do feel that they have made a real difference. For the price, I’m very happy with them and will continue buying them.

I have been taken these since early February along with my partner. Firstly although they are quite large capsules I find them easy to swallow with no issues of sticking in throat. A lot of people have mentioned the fishy taste/after burp. I haven’t had any issues with this, maybe the odd burp but it’s understandable due to the ingredients in the capsules. Nothing that would stop me using them. Very little to no odor from capsules As for the quality of capsules, I have noticed a difference in my joint pain as I suffer from hip and knee pain and this has subsided a lot. I feel my nails have become stronger and I don’t take any other supplement as in collagen which would improve the strength of my nails. Still early days for brain function, however I do feel more focused and alert in work and doing daily tasks. It is still early days of taken the capsules so I will continue to take them and see if the benefits continue.

After trying many types of Omega fish oil, this has to be one of the best I have been taking - I knew it would take some time to see a difference. I'd say after a few weeks, my mood had improved with less morning stiffness. But this really changed after using it for about 6 weeks. I hadn't really put it down to taking this until I looked back when I started. My skin was a lot softer and hair seemed thicker (though not sure if this was an effect). I did also notice I was feeling a bit sharper mentally and at work too. Could be a mix of other things but will continue taking them. I bought originally last year had about an 8 month break in taking and noticed the change then. After taking them again I could see significat improvemnts. I will be sticking with these. I have put a photo of the pill itself as they are quite big if you have no issues taking supplements. If you are a deep researcher you might find this useful too: This brand offers both EPA (600mg) and DHA (440mg) They are two types of omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil. EPA - For anti inflamatory effects and great for heart health, joint support and mood regulation. DHA - which I have been taking for years separately - especially great for brain function, eye health and nervous system support. Plays a big role in memory focus and cognitive developement. They are both a decent amount. Others are much lower. In summary - I wish I had this info before. It would have saved me some time finding a top product. My only concern is that it won't be available or our of stock as when I have found something good in the past, it often just dissapears. For now though - this one has been arond for some time.
