One of the best.
These patches are great. They stay for 5-7 days easily and are easy to put on. Taking them off requires a bit of control, but it's worth it for the good adhesion.

AMAZING for Medtronic 670G w/Guardian Sensor
Being a Type 1 Diabetic for over the past 37 years, I can attest that there isn’t much that I get excited about with shots and finger sticks. That being said, I have been an insulin pump user since 1998. I have recently started using the Medtronic 670G with the Guardian sensor. Prior to my new pump, I had the Animas Vibe with the Dexcom G4. Let me tell you, I used everything under the sun to make the Dexcom G4 adhere to my body. The adhesive they provided was terrible, it would begin to peel on the 3rd day. I seriously got to the point that I didn’t even use the Dexcom G4 because I wasted too many dollars for a product that could not adhere to my body. I’m sure I could have done more research, but I was just done! My save in grace! 1. When I was informed that Animas was no longer going to manufacture their insulin pumps and I was having to switch to Medtronic, I finally felt a sigh of relief. My very first insulin pump was a Medtronic pump. I read up on Medtronic’s newest pump and their Guardian sensor and a smile came to my face. My best friend since childhood, who too is a Type 1 Diabetic, and has been on the Medtronic 670G with the Guardian CGM for over 1-1/2yr, told me about Simpatch. She told me how well their product adhered to her body and she also informed me of their impeccable customer service. 2. Upon using the Simpatch for my very first time, it was very easy to apply. I first wiped the area I was injecting the Guardian CGM sensor with one SkinPrep pad. Then I placed the Simpatch over the Guardian CGM and voila, it adhered perfectly. (See pictures provided - the patch is adhered to my right leg) 3. The Simpatch “NEVER” lifted on the edges, not even when I reached the 7th day of my sensor to be changed. Let me also add, I workout at minimum 3 days per week. I run, bicycle and weight train, oh and living in Florida with 90 – 100 degree temps, sweating is inevitable. That ALL being said, the Simpatch “NEVER” failed! 4. Changing out the Simpatch is as easy as applying. Removing the old Simpatch, I lifted lightly on the edges and it came off with ease. My skin never felt like it was peeling off with the Simpatch, unlike it did when I used the original adhesive provided by Medtronic. If you need, you can use an adhesive remover wipe (like Reliamed or Unisolve) as you are removing the Simpatch. To the owner of Simpatch, James Duffy, who so nicely sent an e-mail message thanking me for my purchase, I don’t know how else to describe your product other than…AMAZING!!! I LOVE IT!!! I love it so much that I am going to buy the other colors of purple and blue you have available. I wish you would make more colors, because in all honesty, I like showing it off. Yes, I find the Simpatch makes my Guardian sensor look hip. It makes me proud to show that I am a Type 1 Diabetic that is fighting the fight and refuses to ever quit! THANK YOU Simpatch and mostly, THANK YOU JAMES DUFFY!!!

Best find of my life!!
I have an 11 yr old child with type 1 diabetes. Recently he had begun to break out from every adhesive that came in contact with his body. He wears a continuous glucose monitor sensor (CGM) as well as an insulin pump, which both use adhesives to keep the equipment attached for their specified amount of time. We were having to change out his equipment every couple of days and had not made it the full 7 days for his sensor because the rashes would develop so quickly. His poor skin was just broken out horribly and it would take weeks to heal, limiting his options on places to attach his diabetic equipment. Numerous doctors told us to try a variety of products, none of which helped in any way. We saw an allergist, a dermotologist - no luck. I just happened to come across Simpatch and after reading the reviews of people with similar issues, I decided to try it. Being a little skeptical at first, we applied the Simpatch and to my amazement, we made it the full 7 days for the first time in 7 months. We had minor peeling around the edges, but my son had been in a swimming pool most of the day every day that week, but the Simpatch never wavered... it protected his sensor which was the important thing. It applied very easily and removed easily as well. I was so thrilled to see that after taking the Simpatch off, his skin was clear. He did have a slight rash under the sensor itself because of the adhesive attached to the sensor. I wanted to see the performance for at least another week, so we changed out his sensor (CGM) and applied the Simpatch. We made sure to rub the edges a little better this time to prevent the edge peeling at it did great, even with all the swimming, the Simpatch didn't peel on the edges. We made it another 7 days! I was exstatic to see that after peeling off the Simpatch, there was absolutely nothing on my son's skin. Not even under the sensor where the other adhesive had bothered him for so long. I cannot even express how happy I am that I stumbled across this product. If you are having similar issues with adhesives, whether it be dexcom, omnipod, or the medtronic guardian like we use, or for any other reason... just give it a try and see for yourself! We got the blue, but I like that there are 4 color choices.

Great for Medtronic
Work great and cheaper than “Skin Grip”… they last full 7 days no issues . Only issue is peeling sticker off back sometimes tricky . But a must have for Medtronic guardian sensors

Better than Medtronics but not a miracle patch
First of all, take everything I say with a grain of salt. As a disclaimer, I am more active than the average diabetic. I work on a farm during the week and kayak, backpack, camp, ski, snowmobile, and so much more on the weekends. I am in constant range of motion almost 80-90% of the day everyday, and sweating almost the whole time too. This patch, simply put, is not perfect. The material is high quality like a nice fabric bandaid and gives acceptional stretch, unlike the vinyl “donut” stickers you get with your guardian sensors. However, they still seem too peel off after 3 days, although this is the same amount of time the Medtronic patches give me the simpatch does hold the sensor on better and I do notice less movement and the insertion site is less sensitive after I remove the sensor. I am allergic to most adhesives and the Medtronic patches will make my skin blister and dry out. The simpatch has a nice adhesive that my skin is less likely to react to, but occasionally it does happen. The simpatch is fairly water resistant but in no means waterproof. The edges do peel up after a good swim. Pictured below, I have a patch I had been wearing on my arm for 3 days. I did not go swimming during the time, and only showered twice while wearing it. The weather outside was about 98° and I worked outside all day one of the days and got fairly sweaty. Overall if I lived an average lifestyle and received the same results, this patch would have gotten a two star review, conversely if I didn’t move around as often this patch would work better and so I overall DO RECOMMEND every diabetic with a guardian sensor buy these patches

Great price and quality. No sticky residue.
I use these over Medtronic sensors and they stay for the 7 days perfectly. These do not leave sticky residue all over me or sensor. I have been using these for a couple years great quality and best price comparatively.

Excellent.
These work great with my Libre 2, and they really stick on the arm, even when it gets wet. I was having problems frequently knocking my sensor loose, even with the Skin Tac. I was trying to use large fabric Band Aids for this purpose, but still had problems. I have not had any problems knocking sensors loose since I have been using these. The glue is STICKY!!! You have to be careful and get it right the first time, because if you have to redo it, you'll need to use a fresh one, and you could risk pulling off the sensor if the pad is already well stuck to the sensor when you are sticking the rest to your arm. I switch arms every two weeks, and it often takes me a while to get the glue off my arm (scrubbing the glue marks with rubbing alcohol seems to help) after I switch the new sensor to the other arm. But I'll tolerate that because these are so effective in keeping the sensors in place when when I'm being active and knocking around.
