As a marathon-training runner who works 7 am - 6 pm, I sometimes need a little extra energy to get me through weekday training without adding extra caffeine to my daily intake. I've been incorporating Ketone energy shots into my daily routine and I love how clean and natural the energy feels without getting the jitters. The shots are small and easy to throw into my lunch bag or gym bag and help me get my runs in. The taste has a little punch that takes a little getting used to but it is definitely not a deal-breaker for me. These are essential to my training on a busy schedule!

I have been getting this product for almost a year via subscription and have really enjoyed the benefits and found the original flavor good and easily tolerable. Within the last several monthly delivers, the packaging and flavor were changed. Packaging is fine. However the flavor was significantly altered and a substantial increase in artificial sweetener was added. The combination of flavor and artificial sweetener changes make this extremely hard to drink. As if the increase in artificial sweetener increased the worst in the flavors vs cover it up/make it more palatable. For the sake of health and performance increases, as compared to others, I have a very accepting palette and definitely don't need anything sweet. For example, I can easily drink and enjoy the flavor of Swedish Bitters. At this point I have endured this products Ketone-IQ "original" flavor and sweetness changes for a few months and without a doubt, I have to move on and try other flavors of the same product or other products with similar quality. I definietely will be looking for a high quality product without the heavy reliance on artificial sweeteners.

Taste makes u recoil and contemplate life, cold is more manageable but within 15 min you feel like u smoked a lightbulb full of Terry's turbo crystals from a van down by the river. Lazer focused and if you were taking on the world someone better wish the world luck. Lil expensive id like to see the price come down but at this price point I have purchased 4 times.

I don't claim to understand the science. Put very simply, it's calories. And it tastes kind of gross (you get used to it and it's actually not so bad after you've been using it for a while). But I find on very long days when I've got 2-6 hours of exercise, my stomach tolerates this probably better than anything else I use for fuel (I primarily use maurtens but I just can't do maurtens for four hours). So the way I look at this is I don't really care how it works. My stomach will accept this almost any time I need it to. Unfortunately it's incredibly expensive so I try to be careful about when I'm using it. But I don't hesitate to take one before a run and put two in my pocket for during the run. It's incredibly helpful when I started feeling gassed. I wish I'd brought six with me on my last race and regretted only having three. One other thing that should be mentioned, I'm not sure why the version that comes in the big bottle tastes totally different than the little "shots," but I absolutely can't stand the big bottles and the shots at this point (quoting Ari Klau) "taste like candy."

I work in a high stressful environment and I need to be alert and able to think quickly along with multitasking and this product has helped me out when I start getting tired or the brain fog begins.

I am not really sure if it works. But the only way I can seem to describe the taste is: It tastes like a band aid. I know that is weird, but it has a medical taste that tastes like I imagine a band aid would taste if you chewed on one. It is not a pleasant taste. I can tolerate it, but don't look forward to it and have to chase it with something.
