This Portable SSD made by the SSK brand has been a huge help in my website developing business. The high speed aspect of the SSD allows me to quickly write and read for quick transfers. I accidently dropped the SSD, but there was no scuffs or dents because of the high durability. Since this is an SSD, it makes no noise, which makes it a lot better for silent working. This SSD was plug and play, and worked straight away, with its 1TB storage size, It should last me a long time.

I can’t say it good things about this thing it’s tiny. It’s got a little hoop on it to hang it on something. It’s plug-in. Play large capacity good price doesn’t get hot. It’s really a good performer fast transfer. I will buy another one of these highly recommend.

Overall, this is a great SSD with ample space for the price. I would definitely recommend this for someone looking for an external portable HD that has a large amount of space which is great for holding any type of file. My main use for this HD was to hold music files I am transferring from an older HDD hard drive. The only possible con is that from what I believe, you can only format this drive as exfat and not ntfs.

I knew SSK put out good products but they do fly under the radar as far as name reconition with so many other brands that are much larger, but make no mistake, this pssd is as high of quality in build and workmanship than any well known brand. As long as you have a 10gb/s usb port you will get top speed with this drive. I bought the 2tb version and it's really amazing that you can put that much data in a device this small.It's not a cheap metal look alike which is usually polycarbonate, but it's made of anodized aluminum and is really solid with just the right weight to it. It certainly doesn't feel cheap!You can't miss with this pssd and as a side note, you can put this drive on a key ring and put it in your pocket if you wish.I very much recommend it!

Small compact and super fast to pass over data. Comes with USB-C which was useful. Compatible with my Mac. Did not heat up when transferring. This product has twice the memory at half the price

Been using this for a couple of months now as an external where I save my downloads to. No data loss and has been plugged in to my HP dock for the whole time. Doesn't seem to get hot or slow down.
