Beautiful presentation
This is a nice pen and I have had no issues with it thus far. I am using the converter for the ink rather than the included ink cartridges. The pen comes in a very stylish leather case with instructions, converter, ink, cartridges, and a support card from the company Beiluner. It is actually refreshing to see that this Chinese pen company has a website and is a recognizable company.. S so many Chinese fountain pens have Unknown or dubious origins. This is not the case with this fountain pen..

Writes great! Posts loosely. Would buy again.
I wanted another inexpensive fountain pen to keep with my bedside journal. This has been used daily for a few weeks now and I can say it has exceeded every expectation. Right out of the box the nib writes very well and does not need any tweaking. The ink that came with it flows well and is nice and dark. I have not tried it with any other ink, I expect it will perform nicely. This pen is thin and weighty, both qualities I like. My one gripe is that cap does not post securely. It will stay if you *really* jam it on tight, however vigorous writing will knock it off. I am happy with this pen and would consider another one from Beiluner in the future.

Not a Parker, but close....
Bit on the expensive side but....it is NOT a Parker, but close....a great pen nonetheless. Very stylish & modern-looking pen. Love the color. The weight is just right & is glides in your hand as you write. The Build quality is very good & gives Parker a run for its money. Speaking of money, it is on the more expensive side for a decent Fountain Pen

Professional looking fountain pen…use it at work, it’ll make your coworkers insecure.
Solid pen, looks subtly professional, and the extra fine nib does indeed produce extra fine lines. I have smallish hands, thick barrels don’t work for me. This one was just right, the pen is quite comfortable to hold, and feels balanced especially with the cap on the back. Comes with a pretty nice case, if not a bit overkill but give me too much rather than not enough any day. I might put use it for general fountain pen storage…could get a few in this thing. Ink flow was fairly stable and smooth, but haven’t written with it for a long stretch. Might notice a little feathering right off filling the cartridge, but again, it’s quite minor and I tested this on regular notebook paper. This could be a good beginner pen if you find it on sale (I grabbed one for $15.99) but I’d still say go with the Pilot kakuno first because I’m biased like that. I did write with an EF Kakuno next to this one and they feel very similar, but this pen has the advantage of being a metal alloy and bright blue. As much as I love Japanese stationary, they can be kinda, I don’t know, a little too “hello kitty” for grown ups. Along with 8 cartridges either black ink, a “twist” converter is included. I took a photo of the directions (mainly for beginners). The procedure is - remove barrel from grip, put the converter into grip pushing down firmly to make sure it’s properly seated. Then you put the whole nib into your bottle of ink, twist the converter counterclockwise with one hand while holding the grip with the other (expels the air), then twist clockwise to draw up ink. You may need to repeat this step & adjust the speed at which you twist for optimal ink suction. See my video for more on how well this converter performed. Since I got the pen for $15.99 I’d say it’s a good value for the money. I would not pay more than that though. The barrel and grip are “smooth” but my hand doesn’t slide down like it has with other pens. Shape is similar to pilot metropolitan with less flare in the barrel, so it’s very easy to use. Only tricky part may be the cartridge.

Love these pens!
This is the third pen I have bought from this seller! Why three? Because I so loved the first one in red, I bought a green one. Then on Prime Sale, I bought the blue one. These pens write so well and it makes it easier for me to write in my journals even with arthritis in my finger. I am loving them every day!
