I’m really happy with this purchase. The steam mop is easy to use and heats up quickly. It glides smoothly over the floor and does a great job cleaning — I was surprised at how much dirt it lifted! Went with this steam cleaner after doing much research on all of the most popular steam cleaners on amazon. Have had this for several months and am happy with how it has held up and works. The floors feel significantly cleaner after using and I no longer feel gross walking around with bare feet. A bonus - we live in the northern midwest where it is currently super dry, and this steam cleaner has served as a nice humidifier in addition to cleaning the floors. I usually have dry, peeling skin in the winter and the steam from the steam cleaner is a relief for my dry skin. Highly recommend if you are looking for a steam cleaner with a lot of bells and whistles on a budget - I do not regret going with this option over more expensive brands whatsoever.

This is my new favorite way to clean! My floors have bever been so deeply sanitized. All the grime and grunge from high traffic areas is gone! I love the versatility and ease while using the steam mop so much I ordered one for my mom and my sister! It's incredibly powerful, HOT, steam and worked well on my dingy looking grout, hard wood, and particularly the laminate floors at my office. The convenient, handheld portion is great for detailing my car. I will never use an old-style mop again. This is a game-changer! :)

Gets the job done pretty well. I appreciate all the attachments it brings, but using it as a handheld is awkward because of how large it is.

Saw an early morning informercial for a steam mop at $170 and was like what? BUT it caught my attention and thus research for a steam mop. I don't know why. Hence, I ended up purchasing this little sucker on Amazon for a lot less and gave it a whirl as I just received it about an hour ago. I live in a fairly small apartment. But I've lived here 5 years, and had a noticeable travel mark on the linoleum from the living room through the kitchen. I'll admit, this mop took around 30 minutes and multiple refills to get this kitchen clean. But clean did it get! A regular mop gets the floor clean, but with this bad boy it got Clean. So it works, and here's my takeaway: The steam mop works best when the reservoirs full. It holds about a pint of water, and burns through that in about 10 minutes. Pull back slowly after letting the mop sit on problem stains for about 10 seconds. You have to push forward to pick up the dirt. If it starts leaving streaks it means the mop pad is dirty. Clean it and switch it out. This kit comes with two pads. I had to clean both of them multiple times to clean my kitchen. Have not tested the attachments yet. Other reviews point to the brushes wearing out quickly. This company sells extra accessories and mop pads as needed. I did purchase a 3 year protection plan based on some of the negative reviews. It was cheap, and probably worth it. Overall, this unit is a Buy from me, as it works and longevity is my only concern.

I have to say I’ve owned this mop for about four months now. All around I’m not upset with this purchase. It feels very well built with very little complaints about it. I do love it size that it is lightweight easy to move around. I have zero issues with the water reservoir leaking of any kind. It is fast on heating up and starting to steam and has great versatility. One of the things that bugs me the most about this though is there’s not a very good way to roll the cable up on the back. The plug doesn’t have a click to stick it back to the cable. I have to feed it through the loops to keep it from falling off. And the carpet cleaning attachment didn’t feel like it did anything when I tried to use it. But all the other attachments worked really well.

I used this steam mop for the first time today. It was easy to put together and the cord was plenty long enough. I just moved it to the room I was cleaning at the time. I can't say that I noticed a difference in the cleanliness of my gray kitchen laminate floor. It wasn't extremely dirty to begin with. I typically wash it monthly with a microfiber cloth and bucket with Mr Clean, on my hands and knees. But I'm almost 70 yrs old and that's hard for me anymore. It's a little awkward to fill the water tank but not a deal breaker. Spout is on the front, not the top of the tank which would have made it easier to fill. The pads are dark gray so you can't see the amount of dirt that comes up but the saturated pad wrung out gray/brown water so I guess its doing its job. I would prefer a lighter color pad though. I have a small kitchen and by the end, the pad was so wet that I needed a towel to wipe up the excess water. I changed pads and did my bathroom with the second one. Again, no noticeable change but I like the idea that it killed germs around my toilet and I didn't have to get close to that area. I also liked that I only used water to clean/sanitize vs Mr Clean or Lysol. The mop heated up fast. It makes a low bubbling noise but it wasn't loud enough to be annoying. It didn't get the dirt trapped in the kitchen laminate floor's divets even tho I held the steam over the dirty spots for several seconds. Perhaps they'll come up with continued use. My advice is to buy replacement pads and change frequently so floor isn't sopping wet near the end of your cleaning. Haven't used the attachments yet but anxious to see how it will work on my stovetop and will try on the floor divets as well. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. Its better than the Hahn steam mop I owned 10+ yrs ago as its much lighter and easier to maneuver. And its much better than cleaning on my hands and knees. I also like that the mop stands up on its own and has hooks to wrap the cord. I did days of research via You Tube videos, consumer reports and Amazon reviews. I think I made the right choice for my budget. I also purchased the $8.99 additional 2 yr warranty offered by Amazon for peace of mind that this mop will last a few years. That was kind of a no brainer and $9 well spent.

Waste of money, it lasted 2 weeks and not sure if I will ever got it repaired or reimbursed
