Prevagen Extra Strength has helped clear some of my brain fog. Long days at work, multi tasking and allover very busy days I noticed that at the end of the day my brain was simply tired. I noticed improvements rather quickly after the first week. Size is easy to swallow with no after taste whatsoever. I didn't have any negative side effects, just better focus and clarity.
