This is a wet system sprinkler head as supplied. If you have a dry system you need to pull the red 'breaker' out

The product could mounted to a wall. But I would ask your inspector if they want a special sprinkler head for a wall application.

what is the coverage rating for this sprinkler head?

Do not know I have spaced them at 8’ apart on a twelve foot curling on a pass through system. Not stand alone

What are the mounting brackets for ceiling if I’m using pex

I used the same fitting I use for A shower then A rigid nipple to the sprinkler.
