Reusable Hot & Cold Gel Pack for Shoulder - Hinge Joint, Single

I bought 2 of these to use after a shoulder injury. They are perfect as ice treatment for it. The three "lobes" allow for very flexible placement covering the front, top, and back of my shoulder at the same time. Well made and worth the price.

This is my second time purchasing this item and I will likely buy more in the future. This item is made well, very durable, can take a beating, and is the perfect shape and size. I love the way it fits securely into my shoulder brace so well. It also stays cold or hot for much longer than other hot/cold packs I’ve purchased. It’s also great for knees, upper back, and ankles!

This is a fairly large piece which means it should cover the biggest and beefiest of shoulders when being used. The design is ingenious because if you have ever had to put an icepack on your shoulder you know the two biggest problems are covering the area you want covered and having it sit in a way that it stays where you want it. The ice liquid inside is fairly thick and generous (good) and it is soft, pliable and comfortable against skin. It will get VERY cold and stay cold for longer than most first aid ice packs so be aware of that when using. I would recommend.

I have a gel pack for my knee so I got this to go with the shoulder support harness I purchased as recommended. While the harness has a slot to fit it, it's too large so maybe it was my mistake but regardless, I put it under the harness on a shirtsleeve and it works fine.

I like this because you can freeze it in the freezer or put it in the microwave it stays on my knee or it can be used on your shoulder or sit on it. It’s nice and flat when it’s frozen and it lasts a long time before it thaws out. I get a lot of relief using this and it’s very easy to use. You just put a towel in between you and the compress. it’s comfortable and it never leaks. The price was a good value. i would recommend this to those who need it for sports injuries or sore muscles for pain relief. Its flexible and bends around you body part and works well.

The pack is great by itself heats up nicely and stays warm for about 25 min, I would have gave it 5 stars but I bought it to wear with the shoulder brace and it stays in place for about 5 min then slides out. Got tired of having to keep putting it back in and just gave up on it.

I love this ice pack! The shape is made specifically for the shoulder however I have found it useful for my bicep as well as my elbow for golfers elbow. It is pretty durable. My dog got a hold of it and was not able to rip it before I got it from her. It freezes in the average time of any ice pack so no longer than others. Easy to store in the freezer and is very comfortable which is a plus in help with pain relief.

Just received this item. Placed in freezer immediately for use in a couple hours. Quality looks good. I will update later.
