Spigen Tough Armor Case for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra - Black

It offers excellent protection while still maintaining a sleek and practical design. From the moment I fitted it, the case felt secure and gave me confidence that my phone was well protected against everyday drops, knocks, and scratches. The fit is perfect, with precise cut-outs for the camera, charging port, speakers, and buttons. The buttons remain easy to press and responsive, which is not always the case with thicker protective covers. The raised edges around the screen and camera provide extra protection when placing the phone on flat surfaces. The built-in kickstand is a fantastic feature, making it convenient for watching videos, making calls, or browsing hands-free. The black finish looks smart and professional, while the textured sides provide a comfortable grip and help prevent accidental slips. I’ve dropped my S23 Ultra a few times since using this case, and it has protected it perfectly every time with no damage at all which is amazing. I’ve used Spigen cases on several previous Samsung phones over the years, and they’ve always been consistently reliable. This one continues that same standard of quality, offering a solid, well-fitting design that gives real peace of mind in day-to-day use. It feels sturdy without being overly bulky (the S23 Ultra is a big phone anyway), and all the buttons and ports, including the port for the stylus remain easy to access. For me, it’s a brand I trust completely, and I honestly wouldn’t use anything else for my phones.

Hi there, So this case is fantastic, I purchased it because I had the same one for my S24 Ultra. I had zero issues with that one hence why I decided to go for it again for my S26 Ultra. However, there are a couple of issues I have with this one. The first being the camera cut out. I understand that the S26 Ultra has the more protruding camera lenses and there isn't much that can be done about that. But I do feel like Spigen could have made the case thicker to make it a level surface, I personally hate it when a phone rocks when it's on a flat surface like a table. I do understand why they didn't do that because I do believe the Qi 2.2 charging may not work correctly. But its something I would have like to have seen as I'm happy to use a cable to charge up. The other issue is the cut out for the S Pen. Yes, there has to be a hole and it needs to be easily accessible. But I feel like they could have added more protection to there. As you can see from my picture, at some point when I have dropped the phone it has hit on that point and removed some of the paint. Now I have seen this, I won't be able to un see it for quite a while now. If there was more material there, I don't believe this damage would have happened. Two fairly small issues but it is something to take note of when buying this case. I love everything else about it. It feels nice to hold (a bit slippery for a couple of weeks but it soon goes away) and the kickstand on the back is perfect for watching videos in the kitchen etc. The USB C port is easy to access and the buttons on the side are covered very nicely. 99.9% of the phone is covered and not ate risk of damage. It's very tight to the phone, you can see/feel this when putting it on. In other words, its a fantastic case, but do take note of those 2 fairly minor issues

I've only had Spigen cases for my last few phones. This 'Tough Armor' case is as good as any and has reliably protected the phone from plenty of accidental drops. It's as functional as it is smart without being excessively chunky for the protection given. I use it with a TPU screen protector and so long as the film is perfectly aligned it doesn't interfere. The buttons and apertures align perfectly and the little kickstand is tough and comes in handy. Recommended.

I've been using Spigen Tough Armour cases for a while now and think they are great. My first one was for a Galaxy S8+, then for my S10+ followed by the Note 20 Ultra. The case did it's job on my Note 20 Ultra after I put the phone on my towel in the gym changing room, then forgetting I'd put my phone on the towel, picked the towel up and sent the phone flying onto the hard tiled floor. Fearing the worst when I bent down to pick the phone up I was amazed and relieved that there was no damage whatsoever. This played a large part in helping with my decision to buy another tough armour case, this time for my S24 Ultra. I wanted good protection at a reasonable cost. Having read a few reviews before deciding to purchase, I was a little wary as not all reviews I'd read were good. I needn't have worried though, as again the fit is nice and tight and the phone feels well protected. The volume and power buttons are easily identifiable and the cut-outs for speaker, stylus and charging port etc are spot on, no issues with plugging in charging cable. The raised edges at the top and bottom of the case are raised just enough that I have been able to fit a tempered glass screen protector and they still just clear the level of the screen. The camera lenses on the back are all slightly below the back panel so should also be well protected and the kick stand works well for when you want to watch films etc. I do have another bookcase style case for when I go away as there was 1 instance where airport security picked up my Note 20 Ultra and for some reason placed it screen down in the bin used for scanning our bags etc, which must have had some grit or something in there and badly scratched the screen. I always use a bookcase style case when going through airport security now and this Spigen case, despite being tough, is quite easy to remove to refit again. Really happy with it and highly recommend.

Spigen make good phone and tablet cases which are value for money as they do protect from drops etc.

After I spent a couple of days trying to find a genuine Samsung smart case and failed, I decided to try this case. I'm glad to say it's really high quality, fits perfectly, feels good and looks good. I'm also really pleased to see that it is made in South Korea and not China like usual. All in all, really pleased and well worth the money.

It fits my phone well and wasn't very expensive. I use the kickstand often and I drop my phone all the time, even onto concrete. It's a bit scratched but still works great. The space around the USB port is also generous, so odd cables will likely work fine. It also works fine with the few screen protectors I've used. It's also relatively light and not gigantic, which is nice. The only thing I don't like is it traps dust, but so does every other case. Maybe once a month open it up and clean your phone, but that's about it. The case is also smooth and untextured, which looks very nice but it can be a little slippery at times. Regardless, it's still very nice and I'd get it again if I had to.

The case came in 3 days, box fully intact and in perfect shape. I opened it up and popped my phone in. It fits snug but not too snug, you can still get the phone out with a bit of effort, but it is held very securely in the case. It's not quite the protection of an Otterbox of which I have owned for two previous phones, but it is also not 3 times the price like an Otterbox. The front edges do not extend as far out as an Otterbox, nor is there that extra thickness. But it is similar in that it has a harder inner shell with a quality rubber like outer shell just like the Otterbox. The s24 Ultra is not a small or light phone by any means, and the rubber like exterior of the case allows you to hold the phone securely. It has a "bumper" like feel to it, so you know it can withstand an impact. It just has a quality feel to it, not even close to the cheaply made cases. I would feel about 95% safe dropping the phone. The little stand built into the back seems OK, but I think it would break if abused, so treat it gently and you'll be OK. It will wirelessly charge with the case attached, unlike the Otterbox Commuter. I'm quite happy with my purchase and the cost.

Tres bonne coque avec une petite mousse dans la coque pour absorber les choc et eviter que le telephone prenne du jeux dans la coque je suppose va tres bien sur mon s23 plus je recommande

Comme à chaque nouveau téléphone, je prends depuis maintenant 3 smartphones ce modèle qui est excellent. Ni trop fine ou épaisse, ni trop lourde ou légère,.. Elle est parfaite pour qui cherche une protection hyper fiable et solide, avec un petit côté pratique grâce à la pate de maintient horizontal. C'est l'élément qui fait la différence. Elle tient parfaitement bien le téléphone et même de grosses chutes ne sont pas à craindre, elle protège et amorti presque tout ! Combiné à un film de protection, le smartphone est quasiment incassable, parfait pour ceux qui veulent le garder longtemps sans crainte. La coque est légère pour son volume, ce dernier étant plutôt contenu. Seul petit défaut, la matière a changé depuis le modèle précédent, la rendant un peu glissante. En tout cas, si vous chercher une coque très solide et protectrice, pratique et de qualité, cette dernière est bien mieux que Rhinoshield, ces derniers étant bien plus chère, mais sans trop savoir pourquoi. Je recommande cette coque 👌🏼
