Is the lens protector made of the tempered material??

It is tempered-glass. I've used it for 3 weeks now. The protector is tough, not a scratch on it.

what kind of warranty do these have?

Dunno, but mine have lasted up to 2 years. For what it costs to simply buy a new kit, it'd be a waste of time and effort to mess with a warranty replacement
