Wow did I notice how well this collagen works when I stopped using it for a few months. My hair got duller and thinner. My skin got super dry. At first I just thought it was normal aging, then it dawned on me I had stopped using this collagen. After a month or so going back to using this, my hair is thick and shiny again and my skin feels much better. It took being off of it to realize how well it works. My skin is still a little dry but there is an extreme difference when not using this. The taste is mild and pleasant. The cost is reasonable compared to other brands. I personally have it on a subscription delivery. I highly recommend.

I've only had it 2 days so I won't know if the product works for a while. It mixes very well with my coffee and has no taste, so those are 2 things in its favor. It is pricey, but if it helps with knee pain it will be worth it.

I had used a different collagen brand for about 6 months and then switched to this one based on reviews that seemed to point to its being a superior product. The promo for it failed to mention that even though it had a comparable price to the other brand, it only contained about half the amount. So, although it may be better, it cost twice as much because it only lasted half as long. This failure to be up front about what I was paying for leads me to not want to buy it again regardless of how well it may work. Also, the powder was so fine, it clung to the bag and/or floated up in the air while attempting to scoop it out, wasting more than necessary.
