All 3 I purchased for Christmas was faulty one has lines like an old style TV when watching YouTube only the other keeps turning it's self off and the other won't even turn it's self on it freezes on the turning on screen all 3 are faulty I would recommend not to purchase customer services was not help in full at all

I wish I could give this zero stars. The first tablet I bought was charged as instructed, then wouldn't even turn on. The screen had no protective cover in place - i.e., the plastic packaging you see on NEW tablets - the screen was warped, it was obviously defective and damaged. I ordered a replacement - same tablet - and again, charged as per instructions, to find it only lasted literally ten minutes on a 'full charge'. Had to return a second time. Absolutely awful product.
