This shampoo has done a good job of calming my itchy scalp, which was the main reason I bought it. It lathers up really well and genuinely feels like it’s doing a thorough clean. My hair feels noticeably softer and healthier after using it too. Dropping one star only because I want to see how it holds up long term, but so far so good!

If you have long hair, you need this shampoo, why? Because it not only cleanses the scalp beautifully, it balances your skin barrier, kills yeast and contains caffeine to promote growth and density. People are always so surprised when I tell them I use this product, but it’s genuinely a fantastic shampoo for anyone wanting to grow hair or maintain scalp health. Long hair needs two things a clean, healthy scalp and moisturised mids and ends, your scalp will be clean, moisturised, comfortable and healthy, it also leaves my hair lovely and silky even pre conditioner. I wash my hair every 3-4 days, giving my scalp a good scrub and leaving the shampoo on my scalp for about a minute before rinsing.

The Head & Shoulders DermaXPro Revitaliser Anti-Dandruff Shampoo feels refreshing and helps control mild dandruff over regular use. The addition of caffeine gives a slight tingling sensation that feels invigorating, and it leaves hair clean and soft. It’s gentler than some medicated anti-dandruff shampoos, making it suitable for regular use without overly drying the scalp. For very persistent or severe dandruff, results may be limited, so a stronger treatment may still be needed. Overall, a solid choice for everyday scalp care, especially if you want a gentle, revitalizing shampoo.

I purchased this shampoo not for the anti dandruff (which I do not experience) qualities but for the purported anti hairfall properties. I am a person who is experiencing quite a lot of hair fall and have tried some of the more expensive brands aimed solely at this concern. Can’t say I have been impressed with Plantur as it left hair dry and easily broken. This Head & Shoulders has been a positive experience with less hair fall when washing and when brushing. My hair feels thicker and stronger and does not feel dry after washing like the other brands. All in all, I have to say that from my own use of this shampoo, hair fall has decreased. It is also a much more reasonably priced product compared to other caffeine shampoos. It works for me, reducing hair fall and might be worth a try if you suffer with this issue too. Recommend it!

Amazing shampoo!! This shampoo has turned out to be the best thing since sliced bread for my hair!! No more dandruff, itching or scaley scalp anymore!! I suffer badly from Psoriasis and it has been an very expensive road trying to find a shampoo that will not trigger a list of issues caused by Psoriasis. Well this shampoo has ticked all the boxes for my scalp, I also use the matching conditioner as well. My hair is so lovely and soft. Very highly recommend

Very nice shampoo. Smells decent and makes a good lather.

This shampoo cleans well and helps control dandruff, leaving my scalp feeling fresh. However, I didn't notice much improvement in my hair's length or strength, and it can be a little drying with regular use. Overall, it's decent for dandruff but didn't fully live up to its claims.
