This is too fine of polisher for valve jobs on a 40 year old vette. Get something with bigger grit. I got the 600/1050/1500… should’ve gone with the smaller numbers. Did an okay job. Could’ve done better. 1500 is a good one for fine polishing

Ordered these twice and got dried up useless compound both times.

This is the light concentration and it works great. It only takes a bit, just enough to smear a light coating and your ready. I've used on high vanadium steels such as k390 and cpm110v with great results. Should last quite a while too, especially if your using it for knives.
