I’m a size 12.5, but Will a size 12-12.5 insole fit in hoop sneakers I have that are size 13?

I would say it depends on the shoe but I put a size 10 insole into a 10 1/2 amd it fits fine.

Get the 11 if you are buying the Move All day casual insoles for total coverage. For the game day insoles I would go down to the 10.5 so the carbon fiber plate cradles your arch better. Hope that helps.
