Fits racks with tubing up to 13 mm (0.5"), including most standard Blackburn, Tubus, and commuter racks. Not compatible with oversized racks (16 mm+), commonly found on some heavy-duty e-bikes.

Does this kit include a bottom hook/rail?

No. This specific listing is for the Upper Hooks Only (the clips that hang the bag on the top rail). If you are building a bag from scratch, you may need to devise a lower attachment method (like a bungee or strap) to prevent the bag from swaying.

Can I use these to repair a pannier from another brand?

Yes! As long as you can access the inside of your bag to tighten the nuts, these are a great universal replacement for broken hooks on Ortlieb, Thule, or other pannier brands (provided the rack size matches).

How much weight can these hooks hold?

While Nylon 6 is very strong, the limiting factor is often the bag material itself. For a standard setup with two hooks, we recommend a maximum load of approx 15-20 lbs (7-9 kg).

Do I need a drill to install these?

You will need a way to make small holes in your bag and stiffener plate. A drill with a small bit is best, but a sharp awl or leather punch can also work depending on the material.
