Super comfortable, snap button strap makes attaching to luggage/carrying on your arm very easy.
Plush, soft, well made. the strap solves the inconvenience of having to hold it, keeps it securely in place on your neck as well. I have good past history with Brookstone products, bought it without need to shop/compare to others.

Super comfy and doesn’t wrap all the way around my neck
I love this pillow. The memory foam is supportive yet soft so you sink into it just enough. The material is very soft and comfortable. It seems well made, but I haven’t had it long, so I can’t testify to its longevity. I don’t like the neck pillows that wrap all the way around your neck, so this is more my style. The sides of it are thick enough to support your head if it leans sideways without bothering me. They could maybe be a little bit thinner and still satisfactory. There is a snap to fasten in the front that I don’t use. It’s a good size and supports my neck really well. I have a lower back sofa, and when I get situated into the cuddler part of the sofa, this gives my neck the support it needs. I don’t find it too hot. We just had a 100° day, so naturally I have my air conditioner on, and this didn’t bother me at all. I wouldn’t want to use it outside in that heat, however.

I bought this for my husband to use while watching TV. He likes some neck support and this has proven to be a great product. It has memory foam and when not using goes back to the original form, and in use contours to your neck. He loves it and uses it every day.
