Sticky key, hard to install the iPad.
I thought I was going to break my iPad getting it into the case, however, to my surprise I actually managed to, only to find that I had a sticky key that I couldn't loosen up. I should have returned this, but didn't, and it's now gathering dust in one of my drawers.
