I've always been a little reluctant in having multivitamins as they feel a little heavy through the day and the taste lingers on for a while. But Swisse Ultivite Women's Multivitamin seems like a welcome change as it doesn't have the heavy feeling of popping a multivitamin and has a pleasant minty aftertaste. I've been having these for a couple of weeks now and feel a change in energy. I would definitely recommend this further.

I usually buy a few supplements to cover all requirements (calcuim, iron, biotin, multivitamins) but this seemed like a one stop shop and came recommended from a friend so I tried it out. Been a week and I already feel an improvement in my energy levels and less brain fog in the morning. Slightly expensive but since it covers all essential vitamins and minerals, in reality its more economical than buying multiple pills. Bonus - comes in a compact bottle and smells nice (fruity and not mediciney)!

I've been looking for a multi-vitamin that contains everything in a single tablet and came across this. It's so much better than trying to remember to take 5-6 different ones at a time. So far so good. Good packaging, came on time, quality looks good. Have started having it recently so will update the review in a few weeks. I think it's worth the price
