Great product, only reason for 4 star is because overtime the part that attaches to the stand loosens overtime and won’t stay as tight as it was brand new. Don’t we all 🤣

It works!

This thing is such a joy to use. I already HAD an iPad holder for use with a mic stand, which worked, but I was never very happy with it. This Peastrex is a BIG step up. One of my bandmates had a similar model, so I decided to go shopping. Just the spring-loaded feature alone would be a step up, but there's more! The design of the "ball-and-socket" clamps is ingenious, and allows easy adjustment in pretty much any direction / orientation. BONUS: the same mechanical design also makes the whole assembly fold up and collapse against the mic stand until it barely sticks out at all, for storage and/or transport. Five Big Stars.

If you have a case on your iPad, even a thin case, this does not work with an A16. I had to remove the protective case to use it.

Purchased this to attach and hold up my Amazon Tablet Fire HD onto my Mic Stand to help easily read scripts for acting. Extremely easy to assemble, sturdy seems to be compatible with most small and large tablets and also has multi purpose uses would definitely recommend.

I bought this so that I could move into the 21st century - I'd been using a heavy-duty music stand (Manhasset) for years to support the binder that had my music in it. I have digital copies of most of my drum books, so I thought (after having been to a concert where everyone was using an iPad for their sheet music) I should just copy everything onto my tablet, which has a much smaller footprint than the music stand. It wasn't immediately intuitive as to which side of the attachment arm was for the pipe that the attachment would be attached to and which was for the tablet clamp, but ultimately, I figured it out. I also found out (almost by mistake) that the top of the tablet clamp is adjustable with the touch of a button (it goes up a few inches, and can be locked into place easily), and the bottom of the tablet clamp is spring-loaded, so it can accommodate a fairly large tablet. It was easy to adjust (once I figured out how it worked) the whole setup, and I found it very helpful for my intended purpose.
