Highly suggest that you carefully measure your calf and foot before you order. They are very tight, so you definitely don't want them too small. I wish they fit a little bit looser at the ankle (on the top of your foot, where your ankle bends at the leg). They don't slip but they do "fold" at that joint, which is uncomfortable.

I bought these for my 89 yr old mother who suffers from Varicose Veins. Unfortunately, I can’t get them on her (because she had Polio as a child and it left her feet deformed). That being said, I tried them on myself and they are quite comfortable and the thickness is good. I would recommend these because I think they are a good product even though I can’t get them on my mother. We do have the hose pulley but it’s definitely not as easy as the experts say it is!! We’ll figure it out somehow!
