Future You Cambridge Brain Complex+ is a powerful brain supplement made by Cambridge Nutriceuticals, formulated to support cognition, memory, focus, and mental performance. My son is using these to focus on his dissertation at university, and they're greatly helping. They contain herbs and minerals which are known to enhance cognition, without over stimulating the brain. Made in the UK, they're expensive, but worth it for a particular task. My partner chose these for me to support my mental function, as I have recently been experiencing notable difficulties. It is too soon to say how well they really are helping me, but one notable factor is that since taking them, I have increased in confidence in my ability to use my brain, which previously was impacting on my speech and language. Recommended.

These supplements contain ingredients that are being studied for their cognitive improving qualities and have shown promising results especially with the elderly and those having decline in their memory and cognition. It's important to note that at the moment this is only studies and not proven so we need to bear in mind that whilst they may work for some people they may not for others. It's also important to note that taking supplements usually take a while for benefits to be seen so don't expect results within the first week! The added B vitamins and zinc all help mental performance too so we have a good mix. I've had a look at getting the supplements separately to compare prices and quantities and tbh it's very hard to compare because there is so many variants, differing strengths etc. Phosphatidylserine in particular is quite an expensive supplement on its own so considering all the ingredients for a 28 day supply for £27 at time of review or subscribe and save at just under £25 seems to be about average pricing. These are supplied in a box with 2 foil protected inserts containing the supplements which are day marked. Not sure why these need the days of the week marking on them tbh as the usual dose is 2 per day! It wouldn't matter if you took 1 from Saturday and 1 from wednesday lol. They are batch numbered and a best before date stamped on the box. This assures me that they're quality controlled. I think these are worth a try for those with memory issues and if they work then great. If they don't then at least you tried. I've noticed an improvement in my recall (I've noticed a decline in my memory recently) so I attribute this to these supplements so hopefully these continue to help me abate the changes that are inevitable with old age. I will continue to research the prices and quantities as well as strengths to gauge if these are worthy of purchasing again. Give them a go, what have you got to lose apart from your memory.

They arrived as promised

Took it for a month, unfortunately didn’t notice any benefits.

Taken these for a while now and not noticed any benefit. They are however easy to swallow. On the pricey side though.

This supplement comes in capsule form with a dose of 2 per day and the capsules are marked with the days of the week so that you do not forget to take the correct amount on any given day. What a pity then that there are not two capsules for Monday etc together but sequentially marked capsules for 1 per day, ideally suited for taking 1 capsule per day. This is a little confusing and definitely confusing for someone who feels that they need help with brain function. the capsules are easy to swallow with a glass of water and medium sized. There is research that suggests that the constituents of this supplement do help with brain function, so it is worth a try and the price is reasonable for a fairly pioneering supplement. It has not made any difference to me so far, but it is early days, and I have not had any adverse reactions.

I have been taking these supplements for around a month now, as I have been feeling rather fatigued and slow over the last few months and being vegetarian I am aware that I am often lacking in certain B vitamins. I’ve found that I have had more energy, and have recovered quicker from exercise than before. Although its not possible to narrow down exactly if the supplements have been responsible for this change, I think it can’t hurt to take extra supplements to assist with brain energy and health. The packaging is very good and feels a lot more luxury than some brands, overall I’m very happy with this product.
