Ive tried a few different foot cooling products and these are by far the best. I leave them in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours and they are perfectly cool as the fridge just doesn't seem to get them cool enough. They have really helped with my hot and swollen feet and really comfortable to wear. Just don't try walking in them in case they burst or slide off. The size M the perfect size for me, they are wide for my feet but the length is perfect. I can not fault those product in any way, good quality and very reasonably priced.

Gel reacts quickly and slipper retains form. Used after foot surgery and had been invaluable to help with swelling

A good start as cool enough on their own Put them in the freezer for a couple of hours as suggested and when trying them on again, it’s far too cold and hurts your feet Although in the long run I can see benefits it’s too early to say

These are wonderfully effective on my Plantar Fasciitis. My Size 11 (UK) feet fit perfectly in them too. I've used them on an almost daily basis, & there are still just as great as day one... Just remember not to walk around in them ; as tempting as that is :)

Found these easy to use, my feet painful from gout, these helped with the cooling and could just slip into them with ease

Absolutely great for anyone suffering with swollen feet due to hot weather. Would highly recommend, however they do weigh heavy to include in your luggage allowance if you are travelling abroad.

These say what they do. Have used for cold therapy on one foot. Will be great for the future. Good value for money and look like will be good for sore feet also. Quality seems good. Marked down only as I I have small feet so they do not fit as well as I hoped. With some cling film made it work! Easy to use.

It becomes very wet and feels like your feet soaked in water 💦

Sufro de fascitis plantar y a veces siento un quemazón muy desagradable, sobretodo en épocas de calor. Estas zapatillas me ayudan mucho, alivian o eliminan esa sensación de quemazón. El frío dura bastante tiempo, la capa de producto que se congela es ancha, son unas zapatillas pesadas. Tienen frío por la parte inferior y superior. Hay que usarlas con calcetines, el frío es intenso y puede ocasionar alguna lesión. Una vez están totalmente congeladas el producto/gel se congela por completo y las zapatillas quedan rígidas. Si sientes quemazón son una estupenda opción, aunque a mi personalmente el frío por la zona superior no me ayuda/agrada porque mi quemazón es estrictamente en la planta del pie
