65mg Vitamin-C MIS-SOLD as 1000mg
Took 2 tablets daily for 2 months. Found it completely ineffective in preventing cold. At the end of 2 months, visited the physician & gave him the bottle. He read it & handed it right back saying it's "literally a Liposomal scam in a bottle". Vlado's label on the front states 1000mg Liposomal Vitamin-C. But on close inspection, it's just 65mg. By the way, the ingredients list was completely covered with a sticker which was difficult to remove. If it couldn't have an effect in 2 months, it might not really have a single mg of Liposomal at all. Lesson learnt: Avoid liposomal supplements unless it's from credible companies. Eat oranges & amla. I can confirm that the only thing Himalayan in Vlado's bottles is the level of scam.
