I’ve had roadside service leave me waiting for hours before, so I decided to give the VEVOR Electric Car Jack a try—and I’m really glad I did. What I love most is that it truly is an all-in-one solution. Everything you need is included, so you’re not scrambling for tools in a stressful situation. It’s easy to take with me, too—I switch it between my midsize SUV and my truck whenever I’m traveling, which makes it incredibly convenient. I keep it with me at all times, and it gives me a lot more confidence when I’m out on the road. It’s very easy to use, and having the electric jack and impact wrench together makes changing a tire feel quick and manageable instead of frustrating. It’s one of those purchases that just makes sense, especially if you’ve ever been stuck waiting for help. I honestly wish I had picked this up sooner—absolutely love it.

I picked this up mainly for peace of mind, and honestly, it’s already earned a permanent spot in my trunk. This 5-ton electric hydraulic jack kit is a solid all-in-one setup that makes lifting a vehicle way easier than using a traditional manual jack. What I liked: * Easy to use: Plug it into the 12V outlet, hit the switch, and it does the heavy lifting for you. No cranking, no struggling. * Strong lifting capacity: The 5-ton rating feels legit—it handled my vehicle without any strain. * Compact and organized: Everything fits neatly into the hard case. No loose parts rolling around. * Extras included: The built-in air compressor, gloves, and attachments are a nice bonus. It’s basically a mini roadside kit. * Time saver: If you’ve ever changed a tire on the side of the road, you’ll appreciate how fast and effortless this makes the process.

I have floor jacks, bottle jacks, and the jack that came with my truck....but when I need to remove tires for maintenance I use the Vevor electric car jack. And it's in my truck wherever I go because it's the easiest way to lift your truck or car. 2 things to know about the controls make sure the 3 toggles are set correctly 1) power on 2) set 2nd toggle switch to jack (or flash light) 3) set 3rd toggle switch to up or down (middle to stop)

Great product!! We have used it multiple times. We used it to leave a shed to level it and replace the cross members. So many uses, well worth it the money!

I just completed a couple of tests with this product and have the following observations: 1. The impact wrench does work to remove and tighten the lug nuts. Be sure to use the correct socket for your size lugs. 2. The tool box is very durable. Take a photo of the contents when you first open it so that you know how to place everything back in it. It also has good velcro patches on it to keep in place in the trunk or cargo area. 3. The battery clip attachment is a nice addition to run the tool off the car battery. While the cigarette lighter power line is very long, with push-button-start cars, you have to know how to put the vehicle in accessory mode to use the cigarette lighter/power outlet. In an emergency, you may not remember how to do this. 4. The jack does have some legitimate issues however: a. There is no auto-stop when lifting the vehicle. Monitor the lifting process and stop the motor when you notice the tire is off the ground. While I do not think it is mentioned in the instructions, the hydraulic rod has a threaded top so that you can gain a few extra inches of lift without pushing the rod to its limit. b. when lowering the jack, the rod may stick and stop lowering due to lack of weight from the vehicle once it is being supported by the tires. If you can pull the jack from under the vehicle, stop the motor, push down on the rod until you hear a click, then restart the motor to continue lowering it. If the jack is just barely making contact with the vehicle lift point where it still cannot be removed from under the vehicle, grab around the top of the rod and pull down to hear the click, then resume the lowering process. I tried to record the rod lowering issue, but it is intermittent and does not happen consistently. Although I did read the other reviews, I still wanted this item because it was a complete set that included a nice case and the impact wrench to make tire service very easy. I am keeping the box for a while in case it does not prove worthy.

This product humbled me in no way I never expected it to. I got this tool so that I could change my own tires without having to take it into a tire shop. I like doing things myself. And if you’re like me, you probably assume you can figure out any challenge this tool will throw at you. The first challenge was operating it. I plugged it in the up button and nothing happened. After double checking the connection making sure my car was on. I eventually caved and read the instructions. There was a section for what to do if your jack is not lifting. And sure enough it tells you to make sure that the switch is set to lift mode and tells you exactly where to find it. The second challenge came when I was loosening the bolts. The internal fuse on the adapter blew, and I didn’t have any spare fuses. In a terrible mood, I went to AutoZone to buy a few more 15 amp fuses and fix the adapter. That experience inspired me to write a review because if this had happened in the middle of nowhere and I didn’t have a way to get to the auto parts store, I would’ve been out of luck. After getting back to the house, fixing the adapter and finishing the tire rotation, I went to inflate the tires. In the inflation section, there are extra 15 amp fuses. I didn’t need to go to AutoZone at all. Not only are there fuses, in the instructions It tells you exactly how to fix the adapter and where to find the additional fuses. If I had just read the instructions, I would’ve saved myself a trip and a lot of frustration. This product not only works and is effective, but the manufacturers had the foresight to tell you how to fix of the problems You might encounter if the product fails. They even give you extra fuses, anticipating a failure so that way if you are in trouble, you won’t be left stranded. This is a level of foresight and customer care I do not expect when ordering products on Amazon. These people went above and beyond to make sure you have the tools, knowledge and parts to use this machine properly and to fix it if it breaks. You just have to swallow your pride and read the instructions.

Don’t buy if you own a Tesla. I purchased this back in November of 2025 in anticipation for my first 6,250 mile tire rotation as recommended by Tesla, however, 2/18/26 was the first time I opened the box because the car wasn’t driven as much. The jack is too tall to fit under the car so I had to use a portable ramp to lift my Model Y just so I could place the jack under the car. The jack has enough lift capacity which was good but because it shares the same power supply as the electric lug wrench I had to unplug it from the jack and plugged it into the wrench. The wrench has a weird design that you kind of have to hold it like you are holding a football. The main problem was that the wrench stopped working after the first lug nut was removed. At first I thought it could have been the fuse in the power supply which would have been a huge issue since the car has been lifted and there would have been no way for me to be able to power the jack if the fuse was indeed an issue. It was the wrench itself and now it presented a different challenge: how am I going to put the loose lug back in without a working wrench??? The bolt extractor that came with the wrench is designed to only work with the wrench. I had to go to Home Depot and bought a manual wrench and a 21mm extractor to put the lug back in. I videotaped and took photos of the whole process to illustrate the problem before I wrapped things up. I contacted Amazon since this was out of the return period and, per the representative’s direction, I immediately reached out to Vevor for warranty coverage. I was initially informed that Amazon would take over the resolution of the case if the seller wasn’t able to resolve the issue in 48 hours. Vevor’s initial response to my thorough explanation was pretty fast in a couple of hours that that would look into it. They then waited almost two days until they asked for any videos or photos which I provided shortly after. Another email followed saying they would investigate further and advise. And their final advice which I just received is the same request from two days ago for “any videos or photos” to be sent to them as if these messages were just AI generated…And by the way, two phone numbers the Amazon rep provided for Vevor’s service were busy and I couldn’t get through which was why I had to start the email string. Amazon came through when Vevor failed miserably with their substandard product and poor customer support by providing a full refund after reviewing my videos and photos. I will never buy Vevor’s product again.

Seems Heavy Duty. Good price. Have not had the chance to use it yet.
