This is the best form of magnesium for the most absorption and no stomach issues. I use it to help me sleep. It is one of those minerals that we forget we need and don’t always get enough in our diets due to all processed foods we eat and the soil isn’t as rich due to over farming the land, because it’s hard to earn a living working a ranch, orchard, farming vegetables or any kind of land work like this is long days, little pay, and lots of work to keep it up. Also, so I guess it’s just my family or whatever but we always have trouble sleeping so magnesium is the way to go because it helps you sleep and it also builds your bones and it also helps your nervous system so this is great. It’s not total vegan. it’s not total Whole Foods but it’s still good and it’s still makes you sleep. It gets you. It gets you to sleep. It doesn’t keep you to sleep that you gotta do on your own.

So far so good for leg cramps during pregnancy. I’m in my second trimester and experiencing calve cramps. Hoping this will help relieve it.
