Bike Light Adapter Mount for T rek Bontra ger Lights

Works great and the light has not fallen out of it at all. Connects well to the mount I got for the Quadlock mount I have.

Very snug fit with Ion Pro RT. Takes minor effort to attach and remove. Attached to GoPro mount with issue.

This mount works perfectly well, was easy to mount, and seems quite secure. I’ve had no issue with the mount or the clip for my Bontrager lights over rough urban streets for over 100 miles since I purchased it. I’ve heard no rattling or creaking, and this saves my bib shorts from being damaged by rubbing the inside thigh against a wrap-around clip. Worth every penny. The mount comes with the clip, so no need to purchase a separate one.

Can't tighten in adapter and therefore can't aim it. Bontrager headlight flops around pointed at ground. i read how another customer put some material in between the adapter and the light to tighten it up but I want to be fitted properly.

Purchased this little bugger to attach a Trek Ion 100 to my K-Edge Combo mount in the lower position. So far, works great. I wanted to point out an additional feature not mentioned in the product description. The mount can be rotated by loosening the bolt in the middle. This is super useful since it lets you adapt the mount to different devices. Saved my bacon with this particular application.

If there were issues before, they fixed all of it because everything worked fine. I didn’t have to modify it in any way. I was all ready to “fix it” but I didn’t have to. I don’t think this is designed for a large light. I’m using it for an ion 200, the little square light. It’s perfect for that. It locks securely just like the bontrager mount. It’s a great mount!

I actually am really impressed with this mount. I needed it to mount a bontrager flare RT light on the adapter I got for a specialized SWAT mount. The flare RT mounting system is notoriously bad, so I was very happy to see that this part allows you to rotate the part that mounts on the light to get it perfect. Great design! The only bad part is that the mount arms that go into the GoPro mount seem a little undersized, so I had to shim them with some electrical tape to stop the mount from moving around.

In the past I've purchased similar items from other stores (e.g. AliExpress) and the tolerance was inadequate. It didn't fit snugly and would move in the GoPro mount. No issues with this. Good fit on my bracket and clips in well for my Trek Ion 200 RT light.

Too narrow to be held by GoPro mount. Literally just swings loose. Works if you jam whatever you can find but not the point. Try and find a different one

The location form for go-pro style mounting is too narrow so even with maximum torque to tighten up it is still loose, had to shim up. Ok once modified
