Very nice board for the price
The board for the price has been wonderful, I only found two very minor blemishes on the board overall and those are not deal breakers for me provided the price of the product. First I noticed that the boarder edging near the a1 square (bottom left corner) was just a little bit off. However the a8, h8 and h1 corners of the boarder are all fine and line up properly. The second small issue that I noticed was on the c3 and c4 squares, it appears that some glue or maybe extra clear coat got on top of the board during the production process. the mark goes against the grain and spans into the light square (in the photo I attached the extra glue runs from the left in the c3 square to right in the c4 square). Overall there are no other dents, dings or scratches in the board, provided I got this board on sale for around $43 during prime day, I can't complain. As a comparison for the price to value ratio, If you went to the House of Staunton for a wood walnut and maple tournament board it would run you about $79 plus tax and shipping.

Arrived with a scratch on the side but as reviewed previously, the bag that comes with it is indeed the best. Solid Wood.

Beautiful wood craftsmanship, large size, with numbering. Checks all of our boxes and looks great with our pieces. Comes with a nice carrying case as well

A good, quality chess board!
I have some larger size chess pieces and this board was perfect for it to play on. I liked the finish and the colors.

Good quality and nice overall
This is a nice board at this price point. The bonus of the board bag is a very nice addition. The board has weight, it has nice bumpers on the back, it has nice squares, it has great color contrast. The only slight negative is the lettering should be in caps, not lower case. Other than that, thumbs up for this board.
