As per your question, of course I can confirm that the screw will not result in leaking. However, it is normal that there should be a gap between the baby bottle and the screw ring. More specifically, kindly do not over-tighten the screw ring. When over-tighten the screw ring, you might damage the plastic screw thread and result in leaking. Q: Does this Avent glass bottle will fit into a Tommee tippee microwave sterliser?

Hi, without a tray it will fit inside the tommee tippee sterilisation. It will fit with the tray only of is a small bottle. I put the bottle laying flat so I can use the tray too. Hope this helps. My steriliser is a plug in one not a microwave. Even laying flat inside the steriliser it still does the job.
