You won’t regret!
I am a Multiple Sclerosis patient that takes heavy medications and wanted to try these to see if it would help out with hydration of skin. I have noticed a HUGE IMPROVEMENT with my nails no longer breaking in less than 10 days. Also improved collagen. They are extremely easy to swallow & if I had known they would be so effective so fast I would’ve purchased more bottles! I got them during thanksgiving during haul deals.

Skin and Nail Improvement
I have noticed a slight improvement in skin and nails, the purpose I bought this supplement for. Have not noticed improvement in joints. After a couple weeks into the bottle, I sprained my shoulder muscle at the gym. Sadly, no help with this injury but I am on a second bottle so see how it goes and if improvements in joints will update accordingly. Good for hair and nails.

Seems fine , capsules arent too big to swallow , i got them for joint health , not seeing a difference yet In the joint pain , but hopefully its at least making them deteriorate slower .
