I bought this for my husband and he started natural Inulin Review using it. So far so good. Need more time to see how things work. It is convenience because he just add it to his coffee in the morning!

Works great to make fermented milk.
I use this to make fermented milk, a yogurt like concoction with added special probiotics. The result was smoother and tangyer than anything I ever bought at a store and cheaper too.

Make your own prebiotic fiber drinks!
I initially got this to add to protein shakes, but then learned I could use to create my own prebiotic sodas that are popular right now that sell for $2 or more per can. There are many things you can do with this fiber, which is great for me since I had to eliminate most grains and gluten. It has a slightly sweet taste which mixes well (carefully to avoid fizzing over) of any seltzer or store bought colas.
