great for my low iron girlies without the constipation
These work so well if your like me someone that suffers from low iron and heavy menstruals these iron pills will definitely raise your levels and they do not cause constipation at least I don't experience that while taking these

NO irritation but great results
This product was recommended to my by my dermatologist for adding more iron to my diet without the constipation and stomach upset of other products. It is easy on the stomach and absorbs like food into the system. I use this to help with weak fingernails. As long as I'm consistent, it works well. Probably the only iron supplement I will use from now on.

Great supplement for those needing to boost iron level and more. Pills are small, easy to swallow very minimal smell, you can barely smell it and doesnโt upset your stomach. Iโve repurchased 3 times already.
