Good product with a couple caveats.
Product works great with 2 caveats: 1) Belt size is adjustable to a point. I'm on the upper side of US36 and the belt is pretty tight. Anything over a US36 you might be able to rig something with some additional velcro. 2) The D-ring on the ankle straps digs into the back of your calves. Shin-high socks would probably help, but a padded flap to cover that would be great if they do a new edition.

Wish they had better straps to your ankles easily slides off of your feet also handheld are also uncomfortable belt strap could be better but does improve long range speed but not short range speed and twitch muscles are not activated till mid to full strike

Not impressed and very uncomfortable.
This item provides resistance but I don't feel it's effective when practicing combos. Everything pulls from the waist and the whole thing is very uncomfortable. Just use weighted gloves or egg weights.
