Very comfortable and supportive size wise i would say fits up to 36inch waist as thats what i am and it fits perfectly. If you are any bigger possibly to small for your needs

I slipped a disk at work and bought this to assist with my recovery - my job is very physical.I would say that it gives next to no "support" as such but is not without it's merits in so far as it is just uncomfortable enough to remind you to take things carefully!Additionally, it really does heat the area it covers which does ease the pain somewhat and maybe sped-up my recovery by increasing blood flow???I would say that it was moderately useful but ultimately not worth the money.

I have had lower back pain problems for quite a while but I find this very supportive for my back and am able to walk better and for longer distances when wearing it.

DO NOT buy this item! Useless flimsy material will offer zero support unless you do it up tight enough to cut off circulation, attempted to start a return & at the end of the process it says not eligible for returns so I now have a useless product & i’m down £25 if you still want to try one i’d say buy one from somewhere else that you can return it when you realise its a piece of junk!
