This is a good water filter
I have used a variety of filters for our water system and they all worked, but I found the Pentek filter lasted a longer period of time so I recomend this filter.

Reliable
We have used these for years in our whole-house filtering system. Occasionally we have tried generic filters because of price, but we always come back to these. Our city dumps a huge amount of chlorine in our water and these get rid of all of the smell and taste.
