It helps smooth but not really treat
It's not bad product but for it's price I would place at a valuation of $3.50, I think this product is okay.. but it really should do a little bit more to curve the acne popping up.

Nice lotion
I like this product overall, it absorbs nicely, and seems to be helping. I will say that I think the packaging needs to be changed because saying "Butt Acne" right on the front is a bit awkward and means I need to put this away in a concealed area just as I don't really want that displayed in front of any guests.

It seems to do the job maybe i should apply more when im not broken out to prevent any break outs. Ive been using it more as once i have them.

Great Product
When I first got this and started using it, I didn't see any results at all. So I thought maybe I needed to use it longer. However, as I thought about it more, I started to feel like there should at least be some type of improvement after a couple of days. Even if it's just a very slight improvement. No one wants to waist their time using a product that takes forever to work. So I decided I was going to leave a negative review. Then I grabbed the bottle to take a picture for the review, but it was that moment that I realized it had been my fault why this stuff wasn't working. When I zoomed my camera in on the bottle, my eyes immediately went to the words "Butt Acne CLEARING lotion." Which, I could have sworn that when I got it, it said Butt Acne CLEANSER. Lol. So it was a real forehead slapping moment for me lol. I had been rinsing it back off everytime that I put it on. So no wonder I wasn't seeing any results.Now I am using it properly, and I can say that it works great. I had two small pimples or in growns on the top of my thigh, and they were both gone within two days. I will continue to use it as needed in the future. I will also definitely recommend it to others and kindly remind them that it is a lotion, not a cleanser lol.A note to SIRUIMAO: it would be super awesome if you took the word clearer out of the name of this product lol.
