If you have dry eyes and have difficulty absorbing supplements than try these. They also have almost no fish smell or aftertaste although I keep mine in the fridge. They were prescribed to me by my chiropractor who helps treat my fibromyalgia and I have SS with non functioning tear ducts and if I miss taking these I can tell. They also gave me perfect cardio blood work my doctor was very impressed. I take 2-3 a day with meals. They seem gentle for my stomach.

I’m not 100% sure how this works or how long it’s supposed to take to make any difference. Sometimes I have trouble seeing up close now because I’m old AF… the blurry vision used to come and go and is usually worse in the AM. I finished my first bottle and will probably try another to see if it improves my AM vision. No side effects, good quality, no odd flavors or burps.

I have been taking these for the past year, and they seem to be fine, however, I recently moved to another state and could no longer get them easily. I found them on Amazon and was happy to know I could still get them as I was running low. They arrived quickly and are the exact same vitamin I had before!

I can tell the difference when I don't take it for a period of time. Can still drive at 75 without glasses.
