TANSTC Insoles for Men Women Arch Support

These sport insoles are really great! They fit my shoe size perfectly right out of the box. I spend a lot of time standing and walking each day, and my feet feel way less tired with these inside my shoes. The cushion has a nice soft give, and the arch support works really well to relieve foot strain during long hours on my feet. Highly recommend for anyone on their feet all day.

Seems to help reduce my heel pain yet I’ve only worn them for a day, they fit in my New Balance shoes without having to trim them. Time will tell. They are will made and shipped safely.

I work in the restaurant and it is on feet moat of times. These provide good support and make my shoes much more comfortable. The cushion is firm and not too hard. I like it that can be trimmed easily for your feet size.

I’ve been happy with these TANSTC plantar fasciitis insoles so far. They added more support than the standard insoles that came in my shoes, and they feel better for standing and walking for longer periods of time. The medium arch support feels like a good balance. It gives some structure without feeling too hard or uncomfortable. I noticed they helped make my shoes feel more supportive, especially when standing on hard floors. They did take a little getting used to at first, which is pretty normal with insoles. I wouldn’t expect them to feel perfect the second you put them in, but after wearing them a bit, they felt better. They also seem sturdy enough for regular daily use. One thing I would mention is that everyone’s feet are different, especially with plantar fasciitis, so results may vary. These worked well for me, but the fit and comfort will depend on your shoe type, arch, and how much support you personally need. Overall, I’d give them 5 stars. They’re comfortable, supportive, and a good option if you’re on your feet a lot or need more arch support than your shoes provide.

I’m not pretty sure whether it useful for cure pain or not, seem not very helpful, but at least it comfortable and made you taller.

I was having issues with my arch hurting after short hikes with my boots. My podiatrist said I had a slightly fallen arch and recommended these insoles.. They fit the boots without any alteration, size 9.5 US men's size. I have had no pain since even after a couple of 3 hour hikes. They are about the same thickness as the ones that came with the boots. For now, they are working.

After ordering over 6 different insoles, some expensive that were on sale, and not being satisfied with any of them, this insole works. I gives cushion on the ball snd heal of the foot and arch support. (It is not an high arch though if that is what you need.) These are by far the best value for the money of all the insoles that were tried and the best insole of all the insoles that were tried. These are on sale right now and are a steal at $15. I would put these up against much more expensive insoles. I have now ordered three of them.

Had them about a week now, they make it possible to get around while my heel spur is acting up. They fit snug in my shoe, no shifting around. They won't work in all shoes, I have some low profile Skechers that don't allow enough height for me to get my foot in when the insert is in there. So make sure you have a roomy enough shoe that will be able to fit the insert and the foot. I'm still planning to get some custom orthotics but these inserts will work in the interim. To me, they were worth the money.

These are the perfect balance between having too soft and too hard inserts. It was a little big for my sneakers. am very picky when it comes to finding good insoles for my feet. The material is shaped and textured superior to the original manufacturer's.

They are so comfortable! Stand and walk approximately 9 hours in a day and no feet pain! Very happy

Picked these up as recommended by a podiatrist to wear firm arch support insoles. It's immediately apparent these are a premium version with great arch support under heavy use. Highest quality insoles with clear sizing.

These are good insoles but retuned them as my daughter had bought some for me.
