Let me check... BONK. Nope, seems solid. I have dropped these, microwaved them, thrown them at the ceiling, cooked pasta in them, had them in the dishwasher, imprisoned demons in one* (what do you mean 'that's not how you play pokemon'?) and crafted one into a Helmet for a clumsy cat. These are as tough as tupperware easily.*may not have actually happened.

Do rice cakes fit in this please?

Yes fits a whole pack of corn/ rice cakes with ample room width wise (but only just height wise which is fine as i assume you would have had at-least one if opened)- I’ll add a picture to my review

What are the dimensions of the round 330ml capacity container please?

Hi the height is 7 inches and inside diameter is 4 inches, They are really well sealed and would buy again, hope this helps.

Are lock & lock twist top containers suitable for storing dehydrated food for a fairly long time (say three months)?

They have for me over the last 3 months - rolled oats (better than a cardboard box, Mr Quaker), pasta, split lentils, etc. And it can be a very damp kitchen.
