These have made such a difference for helping me to sleep. I’ve tried other magnesium supplements but none are as good as these, highly recommend!

I bought these to help with sleep, they're great. Really seem to make a difference. The capsule is easy to swallow. Packet is great, re sealable so ideally for the cupboard. Easier than big tubs. I'd definitely buy again and consider other supplements from this brand.

Good for helpng your sleeping i have been getting more hours in usually finally sleep get to sleep between 1am and 5am can vary but been going before 1am most nights since starting these and have slept a lot better once asleep so would definatly recommend

These are brilliant. 1 pill calm you down? And stop your mind from working over time. 2 put you to sleep.

Take note: these capsules are huge - I had to give them away as too large for me.
