I made a chicken soup with these. With hard boiled eggs and lots of celery and one can of chicken. Tasted like chicken corn soup without the corn. Taste like almost homemade noodles. Very happy with these. Joanie P

This was...okay. The taste was fine, I do think that leaving it in the sauce for a bit so it can soak it up was a good tip. What threw me off was that it has a overcooked/soft pasta texture. If you can do that, it's an okay substitute.

Gross gross gross!!!! I didn’t realize it comes packed in water pre, I suppose, cooked. It’s a weird consistency akin to calamari but less thick or chewy. I followed the directions draining and patting it down, didn’t matter. We added A LOT of pesto to it but it basically slides off. I had the idea to bake it for leftovers but that didn’t improve it (or change the weirdness) one bit. This definitely does nothing to replace the pasta you may be jonesing for. By the way, they sent some kind of 1 1/2 wide noodle, not penne. I threw the second bang away — I wouldn’t even donate this to goodwill or a food bank. Oh, and considering how rarely I review anything, that should be another indicator!!!

don't like it. like the low calories

I love the fettuccine, and was looking forward to the penne. Unfortunately it is not an extruded tube but a thicker, shorter and wider version of the fettuccine. Think a thicker and more chewy chow fun noodle.

I do Keto and these are wonderful!

Not a good replacement. The have a smell unlike the other konjac brand I get from Amazon and they are not evenly cut. I don’t know if it’s the oat fiber or what the taste is a little strange. The pure konjac does taste like this and are much lighter and easier to eat.
