My wife is a keen puzzle expert and we only buy quality puzzles, or at least keep them. We return any that are inferior. No Clementoni puzzles have ever been returned by us. Should you have pieces missing, Clementoni will supply them, but we have not had to use this service. Great picture on good quality material.

Great quality
I loved the quality of this puzzle, but some of the pieces were together and taking them apart did damage the underneath a bit. It was a challenging puzzle to do which is always good. I would buy again.

It's a beautiful puzzle but 4 pieces missing and yet it was sealed when it was delivered
